Ooh de lally, Ooh de lally, golly what a day!

It’s a very exciting day! Writing has always been a passion of mine, and while this blog has been my main project now, fiction has also held a solid place in my heart.  The problem was always that I could come up with the ideas for stories, but never had the guts or the perseverance to finish them.  I have about ten stories started and saved on my laptop, none of them finished.  Travel Essays? No problem!  Fiction… ehhh it’s a work in progress.  But I am happy to report that recently, I’ve been trying to break my bad writing habits, and I finally finished a story! Hooray! The story, “Departures”, is now available in a wonderful literary journal, Sheriff Nottingham Holiday Herald.  This journal is chock-full of amazing writing and I am honored to have been able to contribute to this edition.  If you are interested in reading said story, Sheriff Nottingham can be purchased on Amazon or here.
